COMMON QUESTIONS
Holistic Care
We understand that you may have questions when visiting a new Ayurvedic Practitioner. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us.
How to prepare for your first treatment?
Before your first visit, we recommend that you avoid eating heavy meals. It is advisable to wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothes. Please bring any relevant medical records or reports that you may have. Also, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Can you help with terminal or chronic illness?
Ayurveda can support the management of chronic or terminal illnesses. However, please understand that Ayurveda is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment. We recommend that you continue to see your primary care physician and use Ayurveda as a complementary treatment.
What to expect from your first session?
During your first session, we will conduct a detailed consultation to understand your unique needs. This will include an assessment of your medical history, lifestyle, and diet. Based on this assessment, we will recommend a personalized treatment plan that may include Panchakarma therapies, herbal remedies, and dietary and lifestyle modifications.
